- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain books of accounts as per statutory requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate cash flow tracking.
- Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts, process bills, and coordinate timely payments.
- Assist in the preparation of GST returns, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance.
- To keep track ofdaily sales, both cash and credit.
- To recordinvoice-wise sales details for easy reference.
- To summarize the financial position and performance of the business.
- Preferable from hospitality industry
