We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor & Billing Engineer to join our team at Raj Woodart Interior Limited, a leading interior fit-out firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quantity take-offs, verifying site measurements, and ensuring accurate and timely billing for both clients and subcontractors. A key responsibility includes preparing actual bills strictly based on verified quantities executed at site, in alignment with project specifications and drawings.
This role requires a strong understanding of interior fit-out works, materials, and project execution processes. The candidate will work closely with project managers, site engineers, and the accounts team to maintain cost control, manage project variations, and ensure financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and billing software is essential, along with the ability to interpret drawings and contracts with precision.
