Position: Marketing Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities, and expertise in both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms.
- Manage brand positioning, promotions, and advertising activities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Generate quality leads and support sales team efforts through effective marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and media partners.
- Organize events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBA in Marketing / Business Administration or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Real Estate, FMCG, Retail, or Service industries.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
