1. Job Purpose
To lead and manage the complete Mechanical Maintenance Department and ensure safe, reliable and uninterrupted operation of plant machinery and equipment through effective preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Mechanical Maintenance
· Responsible for complete mechanical maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
· Plan and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.
· Minimize equipment breakdowns and production downtime.
· Analyze repeated failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
· Ensure maximum availability and reliability of critical equipment.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
