Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant cum Dispatch Executive to handle daily accounting tasks along with dispatch and logistics coordination. The candidate should be able to manage billing, records, and timely dispatch of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Work:
- Maintain daily accounts (purchase, sales, expenses)
- Prepare invoices, GST bills, and e-way bills
- Handle accounts payable & receivable
- Maintain ledger, cash book, and bank entries
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Assist in GST return and basic compliance
Dispatch Work:
- Prepare dispatch documents (invoice, challan, LR copy)
- Coordinate with transporters and courier services
- Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules
- Ensure correct packing and labeling of goods
- Track shipments and update status
- Maintain dispatch records and reports
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
- Basic knowledge of GST and billing process
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification
- 1–4 years experience in accounting + dispatch work
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
