We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven University Relations Associate who will play a pivotal role in strengthening our relationships with universities, partner institutions, and students across India and abroad.
● Employment Status: Full-time
● Experience Requirements: 2 to 3 years experienced in counselling and willingness to extensively travel.
● Skill Requirements: Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentable and professional in approach.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) for a Reach Executive
Event and Travel Management-
Represent the organization by traveling to events, educational fairs, and high school orientations to engage with stakeholders and promote initiatives like Tiger Stripes and related programs.
Actively participate in outreach activities to build brand awareness and ensure a strong presence.
Lead Collection and Management-
Collect leads during events and engagements and ensure timely and accurate updates in the lead management sheet.
Maintain a streamlined process for tracking and following up on leads to maximize conversions
Agency Visits and Relationship Management-
Conduct visits to partner agencies to strengthen relationships and address any queries or concerns.
Foster strong collaboration with existing agencies to ensure smooth operations and mutual growth.
Support in Daily Operations-
Assist the team lead in handling daily operational tasks, especially when the team lead is unavailable due to travel commitments.
Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure all Reach operations run efficiently.
Engagement for Tiger Stripes Programs-
Actively drive engagement and participation in initiatives like Tiger Stripes, ensuring their successful implementation and outreach.
Collaborate with schools and agencies to promote and execute these programs effectively.
Assist the team lead in handling daily operational tasks, especially when the team lead is unavailable due to travel commitments.
Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure all Reach operations run efficiently.
Calling and connecting with Prospect leads/ organization (as and when required)
