Job Summary
JITAL SOLUTION is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Overseas to drive international business growth by developing new export markets, acquiring overseas buyers and distributors, managing key customer relationships, and achieving export sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in international sales, export documentation, commercial negotiations, and global market development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new overseas markets, buyers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Generate export sales through LinkedIn, trade portals, exhibitions, and international networks.
- Prepare quotations, pricing (FOB/CIF/CFR), and negotiate commercial terms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers.
- Coordinate samples, export documentation, logistics, shipments, and payment follow-ups.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and submit regular business reports.
- Work closely with production, QA/QC, logistics, accounts, and export documentation teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Qualifications

- MBA/PG Diploma in International Business, Marketing, Export-Import Management, Supply Chain, Agri Business, or related field is preferred.
Experience
- 7–10 years of experience in International Sales, Export Business Development, or Global Key Account Management.
- Experience in Feed, Food, Aqua Feed, Fish Feed, Shrimp Feed, Pet Food, Animal Nutrition, Agri Commodities, or related industries is preferred.
Preferred Markets
Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Europe, Australia, Africa, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
