Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate logistics, including courier services, office supplies, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination.
- Handle office correspondence, including emails, letters, courier communications, and documentation.
- Manage front office activities by welcoming visitors, vendors, and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Provide financial management assistance, including maintaining expense records, processing invoices, coordinating with the accounts team, and supporting basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are adequately maintained.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
