Job Summary
The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support the company's sales objectives. The role involves managing social media platforms, paid advertisements, website performance, SEO, email marketing, content creation, and marketing analytics.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement monthly digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages in coordination with the CRM team.
- Increase followers and improve engagement across all platforms.
3. Paid Advertising
- Plan and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Optimize advertisements to achieve maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
- Monitor daily campaign performance and budget utilization.
4. Lead Generation
- Generate high-quality leads through digital campaigns.
- Coordinate with the CRM and Sales teams for lead allocation and follow-up.
- Track lead conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
5. Content Creation
- Prepare creative marketing content including:
- Social media posts
- Reels and videos
- Graphics and banners
- Blogs and articles
- Email campaigns
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers.
6. Website & SEO
- Update website content regularly.
- Improve website ranking through SEO.
- Perform keyword research and optimize website pages.
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior.
7. Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Analyze:
- Lead generation
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rate
- Website traffic
- Social media performance
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
8. Branding
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
- Ensure all creatives follow the company's branding guidelines.
9. Additional Responsibilities
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Suggest innovative marketing ideas to improve business growth.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is preferred.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
