- Make outbound calls to prospective clients generated through advertisements, websites, social media, and referrals.
- Attend incoming inquiries regarding immigration, study visas, visitor visas, and permanent residency programs.
- Explain immigration services, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Assess clients' basic profiles and determine their suitability for various immigration pathways.
- Schedule appointments and counseling sessions for immigration consultants.
- Follow up regularly with interested clients to convert inquiries into consultations and enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide information about visa processing timelines, fees, and service packages.
- Coordinate with counselors, case managers, and documentation teams regarding client requirements.
- Collect and verify preliminary client information and documents.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns in a timely manner.
- Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment booking, and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Keep up to date with changes in immigration policies, visa regulations, and international education opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calling activities and lead status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical immigration practices.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
