Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled SAP CAP Developer with hands-on experience in building cloud-native applications
on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) using the SAP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) model. The
ideal candidate should have strong development expertise in Node.js or Java and experience working with
modern SAP cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop cloud-native applications using SAP CAP (Node.js/Java)
Build and manage data models using CDS and expose services via OData V4 and REST APIs
Develop side-by-side extensions for SAP S/4HANA
Integrate SAP applications with third-party systems and services
Work with SAP BTP services such as HANA Cloud, XSUAA, and Destinations
Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment using Cloud Foundry
Migrate existing on-premise SAP applications to SAP BTP
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in SAP development
Strong hands-on experience with SAP CAP framework
Proficiency in Node.js or Java
Experience with CDS, OData V4, and REST APIs
Good understanding of SAP BTP services (HANA Cloud, XSUAA, Destinations)
Experience in SAP S/4HANA integration
Exposure to Cloud Foundry and CI/CD tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience in building SaaS applications on SAP BTP
Knowledge of microservices architecture
Prior experience in application migration to cloud (SAP BTP)
