Designation: Sr. Production Manager- Printing and Packaging
Location: Mangaon, Raigad District

- Candidates only from Mumbai, near by Mumbai, Pune, Nashik preferred, Outside state wont be considered.
Job Responsibilities:
· 12-15 years Experience in large scale production in Printing, Packaging & Notebooks preferred.
- Experience in Assembly line semi-automated process preferred
- Shop Floor management, multiple line of production, manpower and delivery schedules.
- Good knowledge in Word, Excel and ERP
· Daily reporting and update GM., manpower adjustment as per job.
· To identify urgent job as per (LSD or Third party inspection).
· To ensure all machines are provided with Job and to report any machinery breakdowns to maintenance department.
· To coordinate after duty hrs for production in process, to fill the job card before start of production and to get approved from management on daily basis.
· To maintain shop floor discipline, to maintain housekeeping and safety on shop floor every hour and to ensure proper manpower is used.
· To ensure that all worker are using (PPE) personal protective equipment’s
· Monitor and control the general admin activities including factory related sign offs, accounting, vouchers, monthly bills.
· Manpower related all replacements or addl needed after approval.
· MIDC, local level all, MPCB, MSEB etc. liaison.
· Clear all audits and compliances. Operational work through team involvement.
· Outsource vendor development for job work and for full bought out products
· Purchase dept development of systems, vendors and on time delivery tracking, rating of vendors
· Ensure budgets are monitored and variance reported
· Make yield analysis for every projects after getting data from operations team.
· Production efficiency programmes and training like 5S, kiazen etc
· Customer management related online meetings. relationships and data coordination to merchandising teams for replies to customer
· Monitor and control on the scrap collected and sold activities.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
