Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee construction activities for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, coordination with contractors, and ensuring projects are completed as per approved plans, timelines, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at real estate project sites.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants, and project management teams.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular site updates and reports.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper quality of construction work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable building codes.
- Manage materials, manpower, equipment, and other site requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues at the project site.
- Maintain site records, measurements, work reports, and project documentation.
- Assist in project scheduling, quantity estimation, and cost control.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.
Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 4–5 years of experience in real estate/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, site execution, and building processes.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
