Key Responsibilities
- Attend customers and understand vehicle service concerns properly
- Prepare accurate job cards and explain repair requirements
- Coordinate with technicians for timely completion of work
- Provide service updates and estimated delivery timelines to customers
- Explain service charges, repairs, and additional work clearly
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Promote AMC, accessories, and additional service requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and service records
- Ensure smooth vehicle delivery after quality check
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor in automobile industry
- Preference will be given to candidates from two-wheeler dealership background
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic technical knowledge of motorcycles/scooters
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customers.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
