The Senior Specialist in this position should be a highly skilled Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Administrator to support and advance our enterprise self service BI strategy. This role focuses heavily on platform and capacity administration, governance, security, and operational excellence within Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. A strong understanding of BI development concepts (datasets, semantic models, dataflows, pipelines) is required to effectively support business publishers and guide self service users. This position also includes limited support for our existing Tableau environment during transition, ensuring continuity while organizational reporting shifts toward Power BI and Fabric.

Making an impact. What will you do?
- You will be managing and administrating Power BI/ Fabric capacities across Linde

You will create and maintain workspaces, enforce workspace governance, and assist users with migration to Fabric experiences

You must have experience with Fabric workload orchestration OneLake management, Lakehouse & Warehouse provisioning, Pipeline orchestration and monitoring, Fabric capacities and workload configuration (Lakehouse, Warehouse, KQL DB, Notebooks, Data Engineering, Real-Time Intelligence)

Proficiency with Power BI Admin APIs, Fabric APIs, and automation frameworks

Also, strong understanding of Azure AD / Entra ID concepts

You must have knowledge of Row-Level Security (RLS) and Object-Level Security (OLS) design patterns to guide self‑service developers
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- You must have 3–7 years supporting Power BI/Fabric or enterprise BI platforms

Along with strong understanding of BI development (Power BI datasets, dataflows, semantic models, pipelines)

Experience with governance and enterprise BI support models

You must excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills

And the ability to work with distributed teams and support global users
