You will also participate in discussions to enhance application functionality and user experience, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of application features based on user requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
- Conduct testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Familiarity with application development methodologies.
- Understanding of user interface design principles.
- Basic knowledge of database management systems.
