About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and well-connected Ground Sales Executive with hands-on experience in commercial office leasing across Golf Course Extension Road and Sohna Road, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent local market knowledge, strong networking skills, and the ability to build and maintain a comprehensive inventory of available office spaces.
This role is field-intensive and requires regular visits to commercial buildings, business parks, property owners, leasing managers, and brokers to identify and source leasing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct extensive fieldwork to identify vacant office spaces and commercial properties available for lease.
* Build and maintain a database of available inventory, including property details, rental expectations, floor plans, and owner contact information.
* Develop strong relationships with property owners, leasing managers, facility teams, developers, and local brokers.
* Collect accurate market intelligence regarding vacancies, rentals, occupancy levels, and upcoming availability.
* Regularly visit commercial buildings across Golf Course Extension Road, Sohna Road, and surrounding micro-markets.
* Source leasing opportunities and occasionally assist in commercial property sale and purchase transactions.
* Maintain updated records of all available office spaces and share timely inventory updates with the sales team.
* Coordinate site visits and provide market insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
* Track competitor activity and keep abreast of market trends in the commercial real estate sector.
* Ensure continuous expansion and verification of inventory data.
Desired Candidate Profile
* 2–4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Office Leasing, or Property Sales.
* Strong understanding of Gurgaon’s commercial real estate market, especially Golf Course Extension Road and Sohna Road.
* Good network with property owners, leasing managers, developers, IPCs, and local brokers.
* Familiarity with major commercial buildings, business parks, and office hubs in the region.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
