Job Summary:
Nanostuffs Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-driven Business Developer(BDE/BDM) to drive client acquisition and revenue growth in the IT services domain.
Role Overview:
- We are looking for dynamic and result-driven BD professionals to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, and expand our client base in India and global markets
- This role requires strong experience in IT services sales, Salesforce ecosystem, and staff augmentation models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities in IT services (Salesforce, CRM, Digital Transformation, etc.)
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: from lead generation and client meetings to proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement teams)
- Leverage platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and networks to identify potential clients
- Work closely with internal technical teams to create tailored solutions and proposals
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify new growth areas
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Maintain CRM hygiene and sales reporting
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-5 years of experience in IT services / consulting sales
- Proven track record of closing deals in Salesforce / CRM / Staff Augmentation
- Strong experience in global markets (US, Middle East, or remote engagements)
- Ability to independently drive large deals and strategic accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in lead generation and client handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
