Roles & Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Design basic graphics, reels, and short videos using tools like Canva or CapCut.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Write captions, hashtags, and healthcare-related content that is informative and engaging.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas.
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
- Respond to comments and messages professionally under supervision.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with doctors and the marketing team to create educational and promotional content.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/video editing tools.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics is a plus.
- Interest in healthcare, wellness, and digital marketing.
