We're Hiring "BOQ and Estimate Engineer"
Industry Preferred: Interiors (Into residential only)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 2+ Years
Salary: Up to 4.8 LPA
Location: Madeenaguda, Telangana
Day shifts, 6 Days Working
Note: Applicant should have BOQ Experience into Interior particularly in Residential projects Only.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for residential architecture and interior projects.
2. Perform quantity take-offs.
3. Estimate project costs including materials, labor, and services.
4. Prepare rate analysis and cost breakdowns for various works (civil, carpentry, finishes, MEP, etc.).
5. Assist in tender documentation and vendor comparison statements.
Update BOQ based on design revisions and site changes.
Key SKills:
1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel (advanced formulas, cost sheets)and Estimation software
2. Experience in BOQ preparation and estimation for residential projects.
3. Strong knowledge of construction materials, interior finishes, and execution methods.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
