Job Overview
We are hiring a result-oriented and dynamic Marketing Executive to support business development, customer engagement, and industrial marketing activities at our manufacturing facility in Miraj, Sangli. This role requires a professional who can bridge technical manufacturing capabilities with strategic market growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of foundry and machine shop processes to effectively connect with industrial clients, OEMs, and prospective buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective B2B marketing strategies to expand market presence and generate technical leads.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market research, monitor industry trends, and perform competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term customer relationships using structured CRM practices to ensure client retention.
- Business Development: Coordinate seamlessly between external customers and internal engineering/production teams to process inquiries and secure new orders.
- Technical Promotion: Actively pitch and promote the company's core foundry and machine shop capabilities, focusing on custom manufacturing solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering OR an MBA in Marketing.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven business development or marketing experience within the manufacturing, foundry, or automotive component sectors.
- Domain Knowledge: Practical understanding of Foundry and Machine Shop processes, including familiarity with casting grades and automobile components.
- Core Competencies: Strong skills in market analysis, data evaluation, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written technical communication skills with a strong corporate presence.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
