About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts Manager to lead end-to-end accounting, banking & CC/loan account management, and statutory compliance for our trading business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete accounting in Tally up to finalization.
- Oversee CC accounts, term loans, stock statements, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle GST (GSTR-1, 2A/2B, 3B) and TDS reconciliations and filings.
- Generate E-invoices, E-way bills, and oversee net banking payments.
- Maintain vendor/customer ledgers with regular reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flows, and financial statements.
Key Requirements:
- 3–4 years of accounting and finance/banking management experience.
- Hands-on experience in Tally, Excel, and CC/loan account handling is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Prior experience in FMCG, trading, or cashew/dry fruits preferred.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
