Job Description:
We are looking for young and dynamic MBBS graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle and coordinate clinical projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, ensuring smooth execution of clinical operations and coordination with various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor ongoing clinical projects.
- Communicate effectively with team.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to clinical planning and development activities.
- Support quality and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- MBBS qualification (Freshers or up to 1 year of experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical management role.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai.
- Ready to travel across India
