Job Summary:
SEEK Digital Studio is looking for a CRM Consultant & Implementation Specialist to help businesses select, implement, customize, and integrate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions that improve customer engagement, streamline sales processes, and enhance overall business operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CRM platforms, business workflows, and client requirements, with the ability to deliver practical and effective CRM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable CRM solutions
- Implement, configure, and customize CRM systems based on business needs
- Design workflows, automation, pipelines, dashboards, and user roles
- Integrate CRM platforms with websites, contact forms, email systems, WhatsApp, and third-party applications
- Import, organize, and migrate customer and business data
- Configure reports, sales pipelines, and customer management processes
- Conduct client training sessions and provide CRM best practices
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Prepare implementation documentation and user guides
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM consulting, implementation, or business process automation
- Hands-on experience with one or more CRM platforms such as *Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics*, or similar
- Good understanding of sales, customer relationship management, and business workflows
- Experience with workflow automation and CRM customization
- Basic knowledge of API integrations and third-party applications
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions
