Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Pre-Delivery Inspection of new two-wheelers as per company and OEM checklist
- Inspect vehicle engine, electricals, brakes, lights, tyres, battery, and accessories
- Ensure correct vehicle assembly, fitment, and torque tightening
- Check VIN number, engine number, and documentation accuracy
- Perform battery charging, fuel filling, and fluid level checks
- Identify and rectify minor defects before vehicle delivery
- Coordinate with service advisors and sales team for timely vehicle delivery
- Maintain PDI records and inspection reports
- Ensure vehicles are clean, scratch-free, and road-ready
- Follow safety standards and workshop procedures
