Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls from website, social media, and advertisement leads and provide clear, accurate project details.
- Make structured outbound calls to follow up on leads, nurture interest, and book site visits or meetings with the sales team.
- Register and update leads accurately in the CRM with current status, preferences, budget, and follow‑up dates.
- Qualify leads by understanding budget, location preference, project type, and decision‑making timeline.
- Coordinate with sales executives and on‑site teams to ensure smooth handover and timely follow‑up on appointments.
- Follow up on interested but delayed buyers with reminders, offers, and updates to improve conversion.
- Maintain basic knowledge of ongoing projects, pricing, schemes, and nearby infrastructure to answer common queries confidently.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, or real estate sales (fresher candidates with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Excellent spoken and written Hindi + English; ability to talk professionally and persuasively on the phone.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with CRM/MS Office or similar tools.
- Strong listening and clarifying skills; ability to stay calm and persuasive even with hesitant or difficult leads.
- Target‑oriented mindset with willingness to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven real estate sales environment.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
