- Identify and develop new business opportunities with machine shops, jobbers, and manufacturing units.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular visits and technical support.
- Provide on-site application support: recommend cutting tools, toolholders, inserts, and cutting parameters for milling, turning, and drilling operations.
- Perform trial setups, monitor results, and suggest optimizations to reduce cycle time and tooling costs.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams.
- Record and report market feedback, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional growth plans.
Who Should Apply:
- Freshers: Diploma in Engineering Technicians (DET) / Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) in Mechanical are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in the CNC tooling / cutting-tool / tooling solutions industry are preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude for machining processes and cutting tool technology is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Own bike and valid driving license (field visits required).
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- Good command of English, Hindi & Punjabi.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary up to ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
- Travel allowance (TA) provided by company.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
