About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for providing timely, professional, and customer-focused assistance across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and an understanding of the FMCG, retail, or fresh produce industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide support through chat, calls, and email.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers with product, order, delivery, and service-related queries.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow established customer service processes and escalation protocols.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share relevant feedback with the concerned teams.
- Ensure professional and clear communication with customers across all touchpoints.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Retail, FMCG, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge or understanding of FMCG, fruits & vegetables, fresh produce, or the broader retail industry.
- B.Sc. Agriculture candidates are preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Retail/FMCG will also be considered.
- Comfortable handling customer interactions across multiple channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- The role requires rotational working, including Sundays.
- Sunday work will be from the office, with a weekly off provided on another day.
- Employees may be required to work on designated holidays based on business requirements. Eligible employees working on such holidays will be provided a Comp-Off, subject to company policy.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
