Role Summary:
A Placement Coordinator manages placement and internship activities, builds relationships with employers, and helps students or candidates secure employment opportunities. They coordinate recruitment drives, prepare candidates, and ensure smooth communication between organizations and applicants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruiters and hiring organizations.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and placement events.
- Coordinate interviews, aptitude tests, and selection processes.
- Guide students or candidates on resume writing, interview preparation, and career planning.
- Maintain placement records, employer databases, and recruitment statistics.
- Communicate job openings and placement schedules to candidates.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align student skills with industry requirements.
- Track placement outcomes and prepare reports for management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
