# HVAC Sales Engineer

## Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HVAC Sales Engineer to drive business development and project sales. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to develop new customers, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and close project orders.
## Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities in Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, IT, Data Center, and Institutional projects.
* Meet Consultants, Architects, PMCs, MEP Consultants, EPC Contractors, Builders, and End Customers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
* Conduct site visits and prepare techno-commercial offers and BOQs.
* Coordinate with the design and estimation team for proposal preparation.
* Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
* Track project status from enquiry to order closure and coordinate with execution teams.
* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
* Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and maintain CRM records.
* Support payment follow-up and customer satisfaction activities.
## Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems such as VRF/VRV, DX, Chillers, AHU, FCU, Ventilation, Ducting, and Precision Air Conditioning.
* Ability to read HVAC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
* Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
* Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building skills.
## Qualification
* B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
* 2–10 years of experience in HVAC Project Sales or MEP Sales.
## Preferred Candidate
* Experience in HVAC contracting or project sales.
* Existing network with consultants, contractors, builders, and industrial clients in Pune and surrounding regions.
* Valid Driving License and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Pay: ₹9,537.45 - ₹51,298.70 per month
