Job Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and energetic F&B Steward to provide excellent food and beverage service while ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely service while maintaining quality standards.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Address guest requests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Follow company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or the hospitality industry.
Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
