Job Title: Omni Bus Transport Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Omni Bus Transport Manager to manage day-to-day bus operations, ensure buses operate on schedule, and coordinate drivers, maintenance, and trip planning. The candidate should have strong operational knowledge of bus transport and fleet management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trip Operations Management
- Follow up and ensure buses operate according to the scheduled trip chart.
- Monitor trip departures and arrivals on time.
- Coordinate with drivers and the operations team for smooth trip execution.
2. Driver Arrangement & Management
- Arrange drivers for all scheduled trips.
- Ensure drivers have valid licenses and required documents.
- Maintain driver duty schedules and arrange replacements when required.
3. Maintenance Follow-up
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and servicing.
- Ensure buses are ready and in proper running condition before every trip.
- Arrange support in case of breakdowns.
4. Bus Cleanliness & Audit
- Conduct regular bus cleanliness inspections.
- Ensure buses are cleaned internally and externally before trip departure.
- Maintain passenger comfort and hygiene standards.
5. Bus Inventory Management
- Maintain essential bus inventory such as tools, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, and safety equipment.
- Ensure all required items are available in buses before trips.
6. Trip Chart & Documentation
- Prepare and follow up on daily trip charts.
- Maintain records of trips, driver details, and operational reports.
7. Operational Support
- Handle operational issues and emergency situations.
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Experience in bus transport / fleet operations management.
- Strong knowledge of bus maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and operations teams.
- Basic computer knowledge for preparing reports and trip charts.
Language Requirement
- English and Hindi – Preferred
- Tamil and Telugu – Added Advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
