Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record day-to-day business transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries into Tally Prime/ERP.
- Billing & Invoicing: Generate professional sales invoices, purchase orders, and maintain related records.
- Bank Reconciliation: Match company ledger balances with bank statements to resolve discrepancies and track deposits/withdrawals.
- Inventory Management: Track stock levels, record material inward/outward, and generate inventory movement reports.
- Taxation & Compliance: Compute and record Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and assist in filing returns.
- Financial Reporting: Generate essential financial statements, such as Trial Balances, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Essential Requirements
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime and basic to intermediate MS Excel.
- Accounting Knowledge: Clear understanding of fundamental accounting principles, debit/credit systems, and financial procedures.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in numerical calculations and data entry.
- Qualifications: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), or a relevant Tally certification. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
