Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for digital platforms.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, product descriptions, website content, and email campaigns.
- Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
- Research industry trends and create relevant content ideas.
Video & Creative Production
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Create visual content using design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content requirements and brand assets.
Brand Building
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Create storytelling-based content that highlights sustainability, products, and customer experiences.
- Build awareness and engagement through creative campaigns.
Performance Tracking
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
- Analyze audience behavior and suggest improvements.
- Optimize content based on insights and trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in D2C, Ecommerce, FMCG, or sustainable brands.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization.
- Experience creating viral social media content and reels.
- Understanding of influencer and community marketing.
