Key Responsibilities
● Generate leads through strategic cold calling and client networking.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust, transparency, and follow-up.
● Conduct property showings, presentations, and negotiations.
● Provide clients with accurate market insights, property analysis, and tailored solutions.
● Collaborate with team members to craft winning sales strategies.
● Stay updated on market trends, property values, and regulations.
● Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
● Proven experience in sales or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation.
● Ability to work independently and within a team.
● Proficiency in CRM tools & Microsoft Office Suite.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
