Job Description
We are looking for a talented CAD Technician / Interior Draftsman with strong technical drawing skills and interior detailing experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing accurate working drawings and coordinating with the design and execution team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed interior working drawings using CAD software
- Create furniture layouts, electrical layouts, false ceiling drawings, and joinery details
- Develop sectional details and interior elevations
- Coordinate with architects, designers, vendors, and site teams
- Modify drawings as per project and site requirements
- Maintain drawing standards and documentation accuracy
- Assist in 3D visualization and presentation work when required
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or 3ds Max is an added advantage
- Good understanding of interior materials and detailing
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skill level)
