Position: Receptionist cum TPA Billing Executive
Department: Front Office & TPA Billing
Reports To: Hospital Administrator / Billing Manager
Role Summary:
Manage front desk operations, patient registration, appointment scheduling, TPA coordination, pre-authorization, billing, claim processing, and ensure smooth communication between patients, insurance companies, and hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors.
- Handle patient registration, admissions, and appointments.
- Manage telephone calls and front desk inquiries.
- Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies for cashless approvals.
- Process pre-authorizations, enhancement requests, and discharge approvals.
- Prepare and submit TPA billing documents and claim files.
- Verify patient insurance details and eligibility.
- Follow up on pending approvals, claims, and query resolutions.
- Maintain accurate patient, billing, and TPA records.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and billing departments.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Knowledge of hospital billing and TPA processes preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office/Hospital Management Software).
Skills Required:
- Communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of cashless insurance and TPA procedures.
- Billing and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and record management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹15,000.16 - ₹24,039.15 per month
