Job Summary
Mauli Infra is looking for an experienced Bank Coordinator to manage and coordinate all banking-related activities for the company's real estate projects. The role involves liaising with banks, internal departments, the sales team, and customers to ensure timely submission of documents, resolution of banking queries, and smooth processing of project-related banking requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesBank Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with empanelled banks regarding project-related banking requirements.
- Prepare and submit project-related documents, including layout master files and other documents required by banks at various stages of project execution.
- Coordinate with banks, Sales Executives, customers (whenever required), and internal departments to facilitate smooth processing of banking-related matters.
- Prepare customer and project-related documents such as Cost Sheets, Permission for Mortgage Letters, Demand Letters, Payment Acknowledgements, Allotment Letters, and other documents required by banks, obtain the necessary signatures from the Authorized Signatory, and submit the duly executed documents to the respective banks.
- Respond to and resolve bank queries by coordinating with the concerned departments and ensuring timely submission of the required information and documents.
- Follow up with banks to ensure timely processing of proposals, documentation, approvals, and disbursements.
- Maintain accurate records of all bank correspondence, customer files, project documents, and banking-related records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance with the documentation and procedural requirements prescribed by banks.
- Track pending banking matters and provide regular status updates to the management and concerned Sales Executives.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all documents required by banks.
- Maintain confidentiality of banking documents and customer information.
- Perform any other bank coordination and documentation-related responsibilities assigned by the management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Bank Coordinator in the Real Estate industry.
- Must have hands-on experience in coordinating with banks for builder/project-related banking matters, documentation, approvals, mortgage-related formalities, and disbursement processes.
- Candidates with prior experience in the Real Estate Banking Division of a bank or financial institution will be preferred.
- Must be a resident of Nagpur.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience coordinating with multiple nationalized and private sector banks for real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of project documentation, mortgage permissions, bank compliance requirements, and banking workflows in the real estate sector.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with bank officials and internal stakeholders.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
