Role Overview
Gate Manufacturing Private Limited is looking for an experienced Engineering Head to lead design, tooling, and product development activities. The role involves working on machined components and stamping tools, ensuring design feasibility, supporting production, and driving new product development.
The candidate should have strong expertise in tool design, machining processes, and engineering systems, along with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering design and development of machined components.
- Design and develop stamping tools (progressive / compound tools).
- Evaluate product feasibility and support production processes.
- Support RFQ and costing teams with technical inputs.
- Drive new product development (NPD) projects.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and project teams.
- Maintain engineering documentation and standards.
- Lead and develop engineering team.
- Drive continuous improvement in design and processes.

Qualifications

- Experience in industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, or Engineering Manufacturing
