Job Responsibilities
- Contact leads received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, phone calls, and advertisements.
- Understand the customer's requirements and recommend the right detailing service.
- Qualify leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the operations team.
- Maintain customer details and update the lead tracking sheet/CRM.
- Follow up with previous customers for repeat services.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the booking.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
- Confident speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
