Welcome and assist visitors professionally. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules. Maintain visitor records and office files. Handle emails, inquiries, and office correspondence. Coordinate with different departments for smooth operations. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Perform basic administrative and data entry tasks. Requirements: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
