Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Identify, prospect, and connect with potential B2B clients through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
- Deliver impactful, value-driven presentations to decision-makers.
- Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client information and sales pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and client objections professionally.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve lead quality and customer offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales or corporate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proactive, strategic, and solution-oriented approach to sales.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi.
- Experience with CRM software will be an added advantage.
