- Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing programs across SEO, SEM, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube), email marketing, and programmatic advertising.
- Lead Generation & ROI: Own the digital marketing budget and optimize spend to achieve aggressive Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) targets.
- Data & Analytics: Continually track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (KPIs) using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), CRM data, and attribution models to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Plan and execute A/B testing on landing pages, ad creatives, and user funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Content & Brand Alignment: Collaborate with creative teams to ensure all digital assets are on-brand, high-converting, and tailored to specific target personas.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage internal digital specialists or external agencies/vendors to ensure flawless project delivery.
