Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities across solar and renewable energy engineering services. The role focuses on building strong relationships with EPC companies, developers, and corporate clients, identifying project opportunities, and converting them into long-term partnerships.
The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder to expand market presence, strengthen client pipelines, and support the company’s growth in solar, BESS, and power infrastructure engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities Solar Design & Engineering services across EPCs, developers, and corporate clients.
- Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust pipeline of projects across utility-scale and rooftop solar segments to ensure consistent business growth.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strategic relationships with EPC companies, renewable developers, and industry stakeholders to generate repeat business.
- Deal Closure: Lead client discussions, prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the internal engineering team to align project requirements, technical timelines, and client expectations.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, upcoming projects, and tender opportunities in the solar, BESS, and power infrastructure sectors.
- Strategic Alignment: Lead team to drive revenue targets, expand market reach, and strengthen.
