- Manage end-to-end logistics operations including dispatch, delivery, reverse pickup, and tracking of spare parts.
- Coordinate shipments, monitor delivery timelines, and ensure timely availability of spares through follow-up with OEMs, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Handle inward and outward material movement with proper verification of part details and documentation.
- Manage RMA and reverse logistics processes for HP and Lenovo, including defective part collection, return tracking, and OEM coordination.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock records, store operations, and conduct regular stock verification and audits.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, MIS reports, stock reports, shipment tracking, and pending case updates.
- Take photographs of spare parts for documentation and record-keeping purposes.
- Coordinate with service engineers, coordinators, branch management, and vendors to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Escalate delays, shortages, and discrepancies promptly while ensuring corrective follow-up actions.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and transportation of spare parts and materials.
- Responsible for the final closure of HP service calls for the branch.
- Responsible for the Lenovo brand operations of the branch
- Provide administrative and operational support to branch activities whenever required.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
