Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Lead Gen: Identify, approach, and secure new hotel, resort, or restaurant partners for revenue management services via networking and cold outreach.
- Revenue Optimization: Develop and implement pricing strategies, inventory controls, and distribution strategies across OTAs and direct channels to maximize profitability.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor sets, demand trends, and market conditions to adjust daily/weekly pricing and inventory.
- Performance Analysis: Produce detailed reports (daily pick-up, monthly performance) highlighting RevPAR and ADR trends.
- Relationship Management: Maintain key accounts, conducting regular reviews with hotel stakeholders to align on revenue targets and strategies.
- System Management: Utilize Revenue Management Systems (RMS) and PMS to update inventory, rates, and restrictions, ensuring data accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 year minimum specifically in sales, business development, or revenue management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data sets, understand market trends, and make numerical decisions.
- Tech Proficiency: Experience with Channel Managers, Property Management Systems (PMS), and RMS software.
- Negotiation & Communication: Excellent pitch and negotiation skills to secure contracts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
