Flymedia Technology is a leading digital marketing company based in Ludhiana. We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end hiring processes and support the HR team in talent acquisition and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
