Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, customizing, and optimizing WordPress websites according to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites.
- Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins when required.
- Convert UI designs into responsive WordPress websites.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
- Configure and manage WordPress websites and hosting environments.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Implement contact forms, payment gateways, and other required integrations.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and security.
- Troubleshoot and fix WordPress errors and technical issues.
- Perform website backups, updates, and maintenance.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and compatible with major browsers.
- Work with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
- Manage website content and implement requested changes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS.
- Good knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with WordPress themes and plugins.
- Experience with Elementor or other WordPress page builders.
- Knowledge of responsive web design.
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with website performance optimization.
- Knowledge of WordPress security and backups.
- Experience with Git/version control is an advantage.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party API integrations is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
