Job Title : Sales Manager (Real Estate)
Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, generating leads, conducting site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and convert leads
· Handle client negotiation and closures
· Conduct site visits
· Negotiate deals and close sales effectively
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor project
· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
· Build and Maintain strong CP Network
· Preparing sales reports and maintaining client records
· Ensure proper follow –up on leads and customer inquiries
· Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations when required
· Assist clients with bookings, documentation, and payment follow-ups
· Coordinate and maintain relationships with Channel Partners (CP visits)
Requirements:
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Mandatory ability to read, speak, and understand Punjabi
· Experience in handling CP visits and broker networks
· Ability to work under targets and deadlines
· Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings
· Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
Minimum Qualification:
Graduation
Salary & Benefits
· Salary: Range 35k – 65k
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
