Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Adhesive Coating Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Machine Operator or Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor adhesive coating machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up machines according to production requirements.
- Perform routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Maintain production records and report any machine issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or Technician in a manufacturing unit.
- Experience operating adhesive coating or similar industrial machines is preferred.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and skills).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
